YOU MUST BE AWARE THAT MANY ACTIVITIES ARE STRICTLY GOVERNED BY MAIDSTONE BOROUGH COUNCIL AND ARE NOW CLASSED AS ‘LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES’.

THESE INCLUDE:

PERFORMANCES OF PLAYS & FILMS, SPORTING EVENTS, LIVE & RECORDED MUSIC, DANCING, MAKING MUSIC, PROVISION OF LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENT

& THE SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL.

 

YOU NEED TO KNOW UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS YOUR LICENSABLE ACTIVITY CAN TAKE PLACE .
PLEASE ASK TO SEE OUR PREMISES LICENCE.

IF YOU INTEND TO SELL ALCOHOL AT YOUR EVENT

YOU MUST CONTACT THE DESIGNATED PREMISES SUPERVISOR PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT FOR WRITTEN PERMISSION.
