All hirings are subject to the standard conditions of hire and any additional conditions included on the booking form which the DCA general committee may decide.
All hiring fees must be paid at least 14 days in advance.
The sale of alcohol is NOT PERMITTED without prior arrangement with the DCA designatedpremises supervisor -MrJohnEverett(01622)862730.
All casual hirings on Friday, Saturday & Sunday MUST pay a special deposit of up to £400.
Cost of affiliation to The DCA is £50 per annum and is subject to conditions.
No regular bookings are permitted on Saturdays.
25% discounts may be available for 'regular' groups, (regular = hiring at least once per month).
All hiring fees on this page will commence on 01st January 2008.
